How to Access Learners' Data
To access learners' analytics data, you must have an institutional plan such as the Educator Plus plan.
If you already have such a plan please schedule an onboarding call so we can help get you set up.
Once you have been set up, and have a class or group created, you will be able to have learners sign up for ThinkHumanTV and join your class(es) or group(s). You will only be able to see the data for learners who are in your class or group.
To access learners' data, sign into your ThinkHumanTV account. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your classes near the center of the screen. Click on the name of the class you're interested in:
Once you click on the name of the class or group you're interested in, you will be able to see all the progress that class has made. You'll also be able to see a list of individual learners in that class or group.
To view an individual learner's data, click on the 'Stats' link for that that learner.
You will then be able to view the performance data for that learner, including their training history, their skills scores, and their knowledge scores (note: this feature is only relevant if students are using ThinkHumanTV using their own individual accounts, e.g. as homework).
You can also click on the Skills Details and Knowledge Details buttons to get more specific information about how students are progressing.
