How does the program work?
Users for whom paying for a subscription may be difficult can request free access to Humie in the app. Requests are approved in the order they are received based on the availability of matching paid subscriptions.
You ask for income level in the request form. Will this affect whether the request is approved?
No. This information is for internal purposes only and will not affect whether a request is approved.
Do I have to provide proof of income?
No. We do not ask for proof of income.
How long does it take for the request to be approved?
Approval times may vary. However, currently they are usually approved within 24-48 hours.
